Launch of the Subscriber Space
To celebrate ten years of musical creation, we are pleased to announce the launch of Ensemble Paramirabo's Subscriber Space. As the first new music ensemble to offer this service in Quebec, the Subscriber Space is a webcasting platform offering exclusive access to all video recordings of the ensemble's performances. New performances will be added regularly to the catalog of works already available. Subscribers will also be able to go behind the scenes of the ensemble's creative process by watching video clips made especially for the concerts, including interviews with the composers. The Subscriber Space will be accessible on Ensemble Paramirabo’s official website starting December 7, and two subscription packages will be offered:
- Annual Subscription - $35
Access to all concert video recordings and promotional vignettes Valid 1 year - Concert à la carte - $10
Access to a video recording of the concert of your choice and to its related promotional vignettes.
Canadian League of Composers Gender Parity Pledge
We, Ensemble Paramirabo, pledge to achieve or maintain gender parity in our programming and commissioning by our 2022-23 season. We welcome the opportunity to add our voice to a growing international movement that acknowledges artistic choices must be representative of the gender diversity within the community of creators. We invite our audiences and the Canadian composition community to hold us accountable and encourage us in reaching our goal.
