Description

In co-presentation with Le Vivier and Chants Libres, and in co-production with Roozbeh Tabandeh, this concert under the musical direction of Mélanie Léonard showcases the powerful and evocative work of composer Roozbeh Tabandeh: Songs of the Drownings. Inspired by the poetry of Sandeep Bhagwati, this creation explores themes of exile, memory, and resilience through striking vocal writing. Winner of the 2025 Diversity and Inclusion Award, this project stands out as one of the highlights of the season.
